Job Description:

Deal with wide range of products using powerful information database
Troubleshoot hardware/Networking/OS Related queries of our global customers over the phone/chat/email/web requests
Provide remote solutions to problems,probe problems and explain the solutions in a way that non-technical users understand
Successfully resolve simple to moderate technical issues from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems.
